Dan Chin Homes is currently the leading residential real estate team at the Keller Williams Madison - East Office. Our company is poised for significant growth in 2017 and beyond. To support our growth and our incoming flow of leads, we are seeking a motivated Buyer Specialist to provide the highest level of comprehensive buyers services to our clients.

Responsibilities and Expectations

  • Lead generate daily by calling incoming leads and current customers
  • Develop relationships through phone, email, social media and professional networking
  • Prospect revenue opportunities and build a pipeline to reach quota
  • Develop account relationships and close sales quickly
  • Follow correct procedure when setting appointments, including pre-qualifying appointments, sending appropriate marketing materials, scheduling appointments and sending calendar invites, assigning leads, etc.
  • Attend and contribute to weekly team meetings
  • Input and maintain leads and customers into CRM system, and make sure they are on the correct action plans
  • Analyze buyers' needs and goals
  • Educate the buyer about the buying process
  • Provide pricing and market research
  • Show properties to buyers
  • Assist buyers with the loan process
  • Write up and present offers
  • Negotiate contracts
  • Provide Transaction Coordinator with all required contract paperwork
  • Attend closings
  • Host open houses
  • Attend trainings and continuing education
  • Paying for necessary MLS dues/Paragon access, E&O insurance, cap and royalty fee


  • Competitive and winning attitude
  • Active Wisconsin real estate license
  • Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
  • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell. Not easily intimidated
  • Have great communication skills and a willingness to work hard
  • Be committed to lead generation
  • Be available to work nights and weekends when necessary
  • Great customer service and follow-up skills
