Your home has "expansive, open living areas for lively socializing" and "cozy spaces for enjoying a peaceful moment by the fire". Potential buyers can imagine themselves relaxing at the end of the day in your home's "master suite with a full bath & luxurious soaking tub".

Professional Photography

Like it or not, a buyer's first impression of your home takes place on the internet, and in order to gain their attention your listing will need eye-catching photography. 

Photos that are dark, blurry, or badly taken reflect poorly on your home's value. Homes with professional photos will sell faster and for more money than those without.

Below is an example of a Coming Soon Facebook ad we ran. Before our listings are made Active on the MLS, and show up on Zillow, Trulia, and we promote them as an exclusive new listing not available anywhere else. Buyers are very interested in homes they can't get anywhere else and these campaigns are fantastic for generating interest in new listings. The home in the ad below was seen in our online ads by 25,000+ people, and had an accepted offer on day 1 of showings.

The below Facebook ad we designed for one of our listings reached over 108,000 people. People who were interested in learning more about the property were required to register in order to view more photos, the asking  price, and the street address. 

Home Staging

Each property that we sell is given a thorough consultation with our staging expert to determine the best way to stage it. Staging is done by presenting your home in the best possible light by assessing (and adjusting, if needed) aspects of furniture placement, wall colors, artwork, etc. The way you live in your home is usually much different than the way it should be presented to potential buyers.
