Dan Chin Homes Foundation

Community is one of our core values at Dan Chin Homes - we care about & give back to the community. The Dan Chin Homes Foundation was officially established in 2018 as a 501(c)(3). In 2018, we paid the rent & mortgages of our first round of people/families that were struggling with some type of financial hardship. Since then, the Dan Chin Homes Foundation has been honored to help numerous people & families with their rent/mortgage payments each year. In 2021, we partnered closely with the community to help even more people, more often, in a more timely manner, with more living expenses beyond rent. Also, Dan Chin Homes matches every donation given to the Dan Chin Homes Foundation.

Dan Chin Homes Foundation Information

  • Applications -
    • THE DAN CHIN HOMES FOUNDATION IS NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS 
    • Applications are available year round for assistance with living expenses for people/families experiencing any financial hardship. This may include rent, utility bills, groceries, and other expenses.
    • People nominated for support must reside in the McFarland School District.
    • Applications will be responded to within 14 days of receipt. The decision on support will be made within 30 days.
  • Donations
    • Dan Chin Homes will match any donation made by any individual or business!
    • Donations will be accepted by businesses or individuals to support the ongoing needs of our community members.
